Living with an illness AND parenting young children is a challenge. They want your attention and you need to take a nap. What do you do? How do you 'parent' when you are ill?

In this podcast, I share a few creative ideas and examples from my own life about communication with your kids - especially under the age of 5 years. Whether you are confined to your bed or in the hospital or quietly and painfully moving through your day, you are still responsible for communicating love to your children - BUT . . . there are creative and intentional ways you can do this, while still tending to your own needs.
